Aukey's magnetic car phone holder

Aukey Car Magnetic Phone Holder could be the right product for you if you're looking for a flexible mounting option to mount your phone on your dashboard. Magnetic force is used to secure your phone and keep it away from the road. You can still access your music, GPS, or other controls with ease. You can also set it up according to your own preferences with the included user manual. This handy device means you won't ever have to worry again about losing your phone, no matter if it's your smartphone or your GPS.

The magnetic car mount is not discrete, so it will stick out in your car. The design is not particularly attractive, but it does have an appealing matte black rubber finish. The rotating bottom section allows you to rotate the device to get the best view angle. The magnet head is strong enough for holding the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus/Pixel 3 XL. While car phone mounts using stronger magnets were possible in the past (although this particular design does NOT require a holder), it's worth noting.

TechMatte CD-mounted base

TechMatte magnetic Mount is a versatile device that securely holds your phone. It rotates 360 degrees with its telescopic arms and is fully adjustable. It can support phones with screens sizes ranging from 3.5 inches to 7 inches. A quick-release button on the back of the phone allows you to easily adjust your phone's position. Mount installation is straightforward. Simply place the phone in the CD slots and screw a side handle to secure it.

Suction cups attach to most surfaces including dashboard vents, and the CD-mounted base car phone holders features. It is designed to be easily placed anywhere without damaging the car's interior. The only problem is that the phone holder can get in the way of your view due to its lack of articulation points. TechMatte's car phone holders have many advantages, including a simple setup, strong magnetic grip and a low price.

Scosche's universal vent mount

One of the most convenient ways to use a mobile phone while driving is by mounting it to a vehicle's vent. Scosche's universal vent mount phone holder is made of flexible plastic and has a 360° swiveling ball joint that can be adjusted to any angle. This device works with both portrait and landscape orientations. Scosche offers a lifetime limited warranty with lifetime tech support.

The side mount is made to fit over vent slats for a better grip. But, as a result of its design, it doesn't hold your phone very tightly. You should also make sure to check your phone frequently, especially when you brake. This can be quite annoying. Suction mounts can be used to prevent this. It attaches directly to your windshield or air conditioner vent.

How To

How to Become an Automotive Technician

A technician who works on vehicles is an automotive technician. He/she works at car dealerships, auto shops, garages, service centers, etc. He/she repairs cars, trucks, motorbikes and snowmobiles for customers. A technician in automotive must be able diagnose and repair problems quickly, safely, accurately, efficiently, and effectively.

A person who wants to work as an automotive technician should first obtain an associate degree from a vocational school. After completing this program the student must pass the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence exam (ASE). ASE stands in for American Society of Mechanical Engineers. The ASE certification test consists two sections. The first section tests your mechanical skills, while the second tests your practical knowledge. You will need to attend an authorized testing site in order to pass the test. These locations can be found online or at your local auto dealer.

After passing the test, a candidate must pass an examination in order to be licensed as an automotive technician. This process varies depending on where the applicant lives. Some states require that candidates attend training courses, while others permit them to learn independently. In addition, some states license technicians immediately after they receive their license, while others wait until they have completed at least six months of employment as an automotive technician.

A person must apply to an auto dealership in order to get started as an automobile technician. Once hired, most new employees start out working as apprentices. Apprenticeship programs typically last three to four years. The apprenticeship program teaches students how to change oil, adjust brakes, replace tires, clean spark plugs, inspect engine compartments, and perform routine maintenance. Some students are able to perform more advanced repairs such as replacing shocks and installing air filters. Many schools offer classes during normal business hours. Some schools offer evening classes, however.

After completing an apprenticeship, a student becomes a journeyman. Journeymen usually spend four to five year learning how to install major systems like transmissions, differentials steering gear, suspensions, drive shafts, and steering gear. They learn how to do complex repairs such as remanufacturing engines, rebuilding transmissives, and troubleshooting electronic components. Because they have the experience and knowledge to do the job right, employers love hiring journeymen.

Candidates who pass the required exams are eligible for a license. According to Bureau of Labor Statistics (2010), almost 1.7million automotive mechanic jobs were on the market. This figure is expected to rise 18 percent between 2009-2020. When a candidate plans to open his/her own shop he/she should be ready to invest thousands of dollars in equipment.

Automotive technicians' salaries depend on many factors such as the employer, whereabouts, education level and experience. A jobless person can expect to make $20,000 per year. An individual with a high school diploma can earn about $21,000 per annum. Those with an associate's degree earned approximately $24,000 per year. A technician with a bachelor's degree earned approximately $27,000 annually. And those with master's degrees made around $32,000 per year. Salary increases are common, so a professional who earns less than $30,000 now could reasonably expect to earn $40,000 or more in just a few years.
